Making a Claim

No one wants to have to make a claim, but if something did happen, you need the reassurance that your claim will be attended to promptly and with care.

For Trauma Cover or Superior Health Cover Claims:

1. Download and complete the correct claim form below:

   Or contact the AIA New Zealand Claims team on call free 0800 800 242 (option 3) or by e-mail nz.claims@aia.com
2. Talk to your Insurance Adviser. He or she will be able to assist you with completing and processing your claim.
3. Send your completed form to:
   AIA New Zealand
   Claims Department
   Private Bag 300981
   Albany, New Zealand
