AIA Vitality 'IN TO WIN'

Overview 

For a limited time, AIA New Zealand Limited (AIA) is offering customers the chance to win one of 20 AIA Vitality partner vouchers worth $500 each from AIA (Campaign). To go into the draw, add the AIA Vitality programme or purchase AIA Starter Plan by 31 July 2023. 

The terms and conditions (Terms) for the Campaign are set out below. Please take the time to read the Terms as they contain important information about the Campaign including eligibility criteria and key dates. 

Terms 

1. The Campaign starts on Monday 1 May 2023 at 00:01am and ends Monday 31 July 2023 at 23:59pm. 
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents who add the AIA Vitality programme or purchase AIA Starter Plan between 00:01am on Monday 1 May 2023 and 23:59pm on Monday 31 July 2023 (Eligible Customer). 
3. The prize is one AIA Vitality partner voucher (to the value of $500) (Prize). 
4. All Eligible Customers will automatically be placed in the draw to win a Prize. 
5. There are 20 Prizes to be won. An Eligible Customer can only win one Prize and will choose their Prize from one of the following partners:
   • Airpoints™
   • Countdown
   • New Balance
   • Samsung
6. The Prize draw will take place on Friday 18 August 2023.  
7. Each Prize will be awarded (subject to clause 14) by providing an AIA Vitality partner code to the Prize winner via email, using the email address provided in their application. AIA does not accept any liability for non-receipt of Prizes. 
   
   If Airpoints™ is chosen, the Prize will be sent to the Airpoints number provided in the AIA Vitality programme application.
8. Prize winners will be contacted using the details provided in their AIA Vitality application. 
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. 
10. All decisions made in relation to this Campaign will be made by AIA at its sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, existing AIA Vitality members as at 1 May 2023 are not eligible for the Campaign. 
12. Eligible Customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms. 
13. AIA takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for AIA Vitality partner products or services. AIA may, at its sole discretion, choose to substitute the AIA Vitality partner voucher for another similar prize at any time and for any reason.
14. By accepting the AIA Vitality partner voucher, you are agreeing to the relevant AIA Vitality partner’s terms. You also agree to resolve any issues relating to the AIA Vitality partner voucher directly with relevant AIA Vitality partner.
15. AIA Vitality partner vouchers can be redeemed on their website (New Zealand only) and in-stores. 
16. AIA will not be liable to any person for any damage, loss or injury in connection with the Campaign. 
17. All personal information will be held in accordance with AIA’s current Privacy Statement available at www.aia.co.nz/privacy. 
18. AIA reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to vary, suspend or terminate the Campaign and these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms and Conditions at www.aiavitality.co.nz. 
19. These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 
20. All questions regarding eligibility for the Campaign and these Terms, or any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign should be addressed to AIA for resolution. Any decision made by AIA in relation to the Campaign (including in relation to any dispute) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by AIA to enforce any of its rights does not constitute waiver of those rights.
