    Be in to win one of three Apple Store Gift Cards valued at $699 each

    AIA New Zealand (AIA) is offering customers the chance to win one of three Apple Store Gift Cards valued at $699 each from AIA (Campaign). To go into the draw, complete the online AIA Vitality Member Survey by 30 July 2023.

    The terms and conditions (Terms) for the Campaign are set out below. Please take the time to read the Terms as they contain important information about the Campaign including eligibility criteria and key dates.

    EXCLUSIVE AIA VITALITY NZ MEMBER PROMOTION

    Terms and conditions

    1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Promoter is AIA Services New Zealand Limited of 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand.
    3. The Campaign starts on Thursday 13 July 2023 at 00:01am NZST and ends on Sunday 30 July 2023 at 23:59pm NZST (Promotional Period).
    4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents who:
      • are AIA Vitality Members (including members who are the employees, advisers or partners of the Promoter); and
      • complete the online AIA Vitality Member Survey (which will be sent to the member from Kantar via an email link) during the Promotional Period (Eligible Customer).
    5. The prize consists of one Apple Store Gift Card valued at $699 (Prize). 
    6. All Eligible Customers will automatically be placed in the draw to win a Prize.
    7. There are three Prizes to be won. An Eligible Customer can only win one Prize.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant and deem them ineligible for the Prize.
    10. The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on 8 August 2023. The Promoter will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries.
    11. The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than 11 August 2023.
    12. If the notified winner does not accept the prize within 48 hours by responding to the email or phone call, the Promoter reserves the right to re-select a winner from the remaining entries.
    13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    14. Each Prize will be awarded (subject to clause 16) by providing an Apple Store Gift Card code to the Prize winner via email, using the email address attached to their AIA Vitality membership. AIA does not accept any liability for non-receipt of Prizes.
    15. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
    16. AIA takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for Apple products or services. AIA may, at its sole discretion, choose to substitute the Apple Store Gift Card for another similar prize at any time and for any reason.
    17. By accepting the Apple Store Gift Card you are agreeing to Apple’s terms. You also agree to resolve any issues relating to the Apple Store Gift Card directly with Apple and can contact their support team on 0800 127 753.
    18. Apple Store Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Apple Online Store (New Zealand only), and not on the iTunes Store or the App Store.
    19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
    20. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred in connection with the Campaign.
    21. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by New Zealand law. Your personal information shall not be provided to any third parties without your prior consent, but you do authorise the Promoter to contact you with information pertaining to the promotion. All personal information will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s current Privacy Statement which is available at  www.aia.co.nz/privacy
    22. AIA reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to vary, suspend or terminate the Campaign and these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms and Conditions at www.aiavitality.co.nz.
    23. These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
    24. All questions regarding eligibility for the Campaign and these Terms, or any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign should be addressed to AIA for resolution. Any decision made by AIA in relation to the Campaign (including in relation to any dispute) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by AIA to enforce any of its rights does not constitute waiver of those rights.
    25. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
