Download and log in to the AIA Vitality app.
To activate your gym benefit, you must email Les Mills Member Services (memberservices@lesmills.co.nz). Please include your 10-digit AIA Vitality membership number.
Daily club visits will only be captured once your Les Mills gym benefit status is active.
You must visit a Les Mills Club at least 24 times in a calendar quarter. Calendar quarters are January – March, April – June, July – September, October – December.
The cashback will be paid in the month following the end of each calendar quarter. So, if you hit the visit target for the January-March quarter, you will receive your cashback by the end of April.
You must have an active AIA Vitality membership at the time the payment is made in order to receive the cashback. Make sure you have set up your cashback account. Check this by opening your AIA Vitality app, clicking the Account tab and scrolling to Settings, Cashback Account.
Existing Les Mills members can access the 15% gym membership discount too. Just terminate your membership (paying any termination fees) and sign a new standard 12 Month Multi Club membership. Please talk to your Les Mills Club for more details.
If your AIA Vitality and Les Mills accounts are linked, the Les Mills page in the AIA Vitality app will display a dashboard showing your Activation Date and how many gym visits you have completed in the current calendar quarter so you can track your eligibility for a cashback.
You can find the Les Mills page by following these simple steps:
Open your AIA Vitality app
Click the Rewards tab
Scroll down and click on the Les Mills tile on the Member Benefits & Rewards page
If the Les Mills dashboard doesn’t appear in your AIA Vitality app within 5 days of emailing Les Mills Member Services to activate, please email them again (memberservices@lesmills.co.nz).
Once your Les Mills gym benefit is active, your club visits will appear on your points statement. These may take up to 5 days to be processed. You can find your points statement by opening your app, visit the Account tab and click through Points statement under Quick links.
Sometimes points can take time to update. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to sync through and appear in your app. If they are still not showing after this time please contact us – go to your app, click the Account tab and scroll down to the Contact us section.

Is your Les Mills gym benefit activated? Email Les Mills Member Services (memberservices@lesmills.co.nz) to register your 10-digit AIA Vitality membership number against your Les Mills account.
Have you achieved your quarterly gym visit target? To be eligible for a cashback, you need to have made 24 gym visits per calendar quarter.
Is your cashback account set up? You can check this by opening your AIA Vitality app, clicking the Account tab and scrolling to Settings, Cashback Account.
Was your AIA Vitality membership active at the time the cashback payment was made? Your AIA Vitality membership must be active at the time of payment.
Email Les Mills Member Services (memberservices@lesmills.co.nz) to ensure that your 10-digit AIA Vitality membership number is registered against your Les Mills account.
Unfortunately, points and cashback payments cannot be backdated. Your eligibility to earn points and cashbacks begins when your Les Mills gym benefit is activated.
