We offer extended parental leave benefits, including: 14 weeks paid leave at your full salary, KiwiSaver employer contributions throughout the leave period, and annual leave accrued at the normal rate of pay.
We also provide extra support for primary carers through additional sick leave and flexible return to work options. Secondary carers are also eligible for 4 weeks paid parental leave.
