Once you’ve asked to speak to an adviser, they’ll call you back within two days for an initial conversation. After that, you’ll meet in person to review what sort of insurance cover you need and what options are best suited to you.
When you’re ready to go ahead, the adviser will handle the application process. This usually takes around 2-4 weeks, depending on how many meetings you need or how long it takes to collect any background details.
If you are eligible, temporary cover might be provided immediately for free from when your application is received, right up until it is accepted – just so you have peace of mind that you’re covered throughout the whole process.

Your adviser will get in touch to organise a meeting time – in person or over the phone.
At the meeting, your adviser will discuss your financial situation and talk you through insurance options.
If you decide to move forward with your personalised insurance plan, your adviser will handle the application process and make sure you supply all the right details.
Once we have your details, we’ll assess your application as quickly as possible. This usually takes around 2-4 weeks. To make sure you’re not left without cover, we may even provide temporary insurance while your application is being processed.
If your circumstances change or you need to make a claim, your adviser will be there to support and guide you, every step of the way.
