Understand your cover
The adviser for your Corporate Solutions scheme will support you through the claims process, working alongside the policy owner and AIA. They will also support you with understanding the cover you have in place and provide you with any policy information required.
Get your documents ready
The more you can prepare, the faster the claims process will be. Depending on the type of claim you are making, we will require different documentation. See the claim types on this page to find out what 's required for your claim.
Lodge your claim
Once you have gathered the initial required documents and completed the forms needed, your adviser or policy owner will lodge your claim on your behalf.
Assessing your claim
One of our claims team will be allocated and will be your key point of contact to guide you through the process while we assess your claim. You and the adviser will be kept in the loop at each stage of the assessment and will be informed if anything further is needed to be able to provide you with an outcome.
Your claim outcome
We’ll advise you, and as appropriate the adviser and/or policy owner, of the outcome of your claim based on the information you provided, along with instructions on payment, or any rehabilitation options where appropriate.
