Download and complete your claim form. Once you have your documentation ready, lodge a claim via one of the below methods. We will call you within 5 working days of lodging the claim and aim to update you on the progress of your claim every 7 days.

We pay the money as directed by the owner(s) of the policy. It is important to regularly review the ownership of your policy with your financial adviser if your circumstances have changed.
The amount of the claim payment can depend on the severity of the condition and what is stated in the policy document. Depending on the product there are full payments and partial payments for certain conditions.
The Life Assured is the person who insured against serious illness or injury under the policy.
Whereas the policy owner is the person who purchases the policy and is entitled to receive any claim payments.
To ensure there is someone appointed to act on your behalf if you are unable to do so due to location, illness or injury.
A person appointed under an ‘enduring power of attorney’ can act on your behalf if you are mentally incapacitated, and that power will not be revoked by your subsequent incapacity.
