Understand your cover
You can do this many ways including reviewing your policy documents, via MyAIA, contacting your adviser or contacting us. If you are not sure who your adviser is, you can find that out by logging into MyAIA.
Get your documents ready
The more you can prepare, the faster the claims process will be. Depending on the type of claim you are making, we will require different documentation. See the claims types on this page to find out what 's required for your claim.
Lodge your claim
You can do this via your insurance adviser, or calling us on 0800 500 108 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm). Health insurance claims can be lodged via MyAIA or online.
Assessing your claim
One of our claims teams will be allocated and will be your key point of contact to guide you through the process while we assess your claim.
Your claim outcome
We’ll advise you of the outcome of your claim based on the information you provided, along with instructions on payment, or any rehabilitation options where appropriate.
