    ‘Win A $500 Prezzy Card with MyAIA’ campaign - Terms & Conditions   

    Overview

    For a limited time, AIA Services New Zealand Limited (AIA) is offering our customers the chance to win one of five Prezzy Cards each worth $500 (Campaign). You will receive an entry to the draw if you:   

    • have an in-force Eligible Policy (defined below); and 
    • successfully register for MyAIA during the Campaign Period,  

    (Entry Criteria) 

    The terms and conditions (Terms) for the Campaign are set out below. Please take the time to read the Terms as they contain important information about the Campaign including eligibility criteria and key dates.  

    Terms and conditions

    1. The Campaign starts on 28 November 2025 at 00.01am and ends on 11 December 2025 at 11.59pm (Campaign Period). 
    2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents, over the age of 18 who complete the Entry Criteria (Eligible Entrant). 
    3. Where there is more than one policy owner under an Eligible Policy, each policy owner who is an Eligible Entrant will receive one entry into the prize draw. 
    4. The prize is 1 x Prezzy Card worth $500 (Prize) and there will be 5 Prizes drawn on 12 December (Prize Draw Date).
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, the following customers are not Eligible Entrants:  
      1. A policy owner who hasn’t successfully registered for MyAIA by the end of the Campaign Period.
    6. For the purposes of this Campaign, Eligible Policy means any policy that can be accessed through the MyAIA portal.  
    7. Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the draw to win the Prize, provided the Eligible Policy remains in force at the Prize Draw Date.
    8. Prize draws will be held at AIA's Head Office. 
    9. The first five randomly selected entries drawn will win 1 x $500 Prezzy Card. Prize winners will be contacted by their adviser via telephone and/or email and their Prize will then be sent to their postal address. AIA does not accept any liability for non-receipt of Prizes.  
    10. AIA reserves the right to redraw a Prize if two attempts have been made to contact a Prize winner and there is no response from the winner within 7 days of the Prize Draw Date.
    11. AIA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who AIA has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
    12. The Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
    13. Eligible Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
    14. AIA takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for Epay New Zealand Limited (Epay) products or services. AIA may, at its sole discretion, choose to substitute the Prize for another similar prize at any time and for any reason.
    15. Epay is not a participant in or sponsor of this Competition.  
    16. By accepting the Prize, you are agreeing to the relevant Prezzy Card terms including how they should be redeemed. You also agree to resolve any issues relating to the Prize directly with Epay. 
    17. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, AIA will not be liable to any person for any damage, loss or injury in connection with this Campaign. 
    18. All decisions made in relation to this Campaign will be made by AIA at its sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.  
    19. All personal information will be held in accordance with AIA’s current Privacy Statement available at www.aia.co.nz/privacy
    20. AIA reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to extend, vary, suspend or terminate the Campaign and these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms and Conditions online at www.aia.co.nz
    21. These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand 
      law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.   
    22. All questions regarding eligibility for the Campaign and these Terms, or any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign should be addressed to AIA for resolution. Any decision made by AIA in relation to the Campaign (including in relation to any dispute) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by AIA to enforce any of its rights does not constitute waiver of those rights.
