Setting up your GO Home Loan account
If you’re a new GO Home Loan customer, you’ll need an identity password before you can start using your home loan account as your everyday bank account.
Password security
Your identity password is a unique password that’s known only to you. It is kept securely on our system and enables us to confirm your identity when you call us about your GO Home Loan account. As well as protecting your confidential information, the password is used to safeguard the transfer of funds from your GO Home Loan accounts. It’s also essential for getting a GO Card (ATM and EFTPOS card).

Using your GO Home Loan Card
To use your GO Floating Rate Home Loan account for everyday banking, you’ll need a GO Card. It’s your key to anytime account access at ATMs and easy purchasing with EFTPOS. Your GO Card can also be used to check on a GO Fixed Rate Home Loan.

Things you should know about your GO Card
Lost or stolen card: Please notify us immediately if your GO Card is lost or stolen; if you think someone else has used your GO Card; or if you think someone else may know your GO Card PIN. Call our Customer Care Team on 0800 500 174.

The Internet Explorer version 6 (or newer) browser you are required to use has 128-bit security to ensure that your GO Online transactions are protected. To access GO Online you must enter your unique GO Online access code and GO Online confidential password. It is important to safeguard these to prevent unauthorised people gaining access to your GO Online account.
