The new AIA Vitality app will make it easier than ever for you to continue your health and wellbeing journey and stay motivated. Check out the great new features our new app has to offer, so you can get the most out of your AIA Vitality membership.
Download the new AIA Vitality app from the app store.
Open the app and follow the instructions on screen. When you get to the first AIA sign-in page, follow the 'Forgot Password' link. This is due to our new security features which require you to setup a new login again. If you have not yet activated your AIA Vitality membership, follow the 'Sign Up' link instead.
Set up your phone or email verification, new AIA Vitality password and pin, face, or fingerprint ID.
Connect or reconnect compatible fitness apps and devices (Apple Health, Google Fit etc.). Go to Account>Manage apps and devices>Link devices and apps.
Delete the older version of the app (if you are an existing member).

No – this is a brand new version of the AIA Vitality app. You will need to visit your app store and download the app again. Also, make sure to delete your old version of the AIA Vitality app. We are decommissioning that app and you will no longer be able to use it.
Access to the web-based member portal through the AIA Vitality website will also be decommissioned and you will no longer be able to access the AIA Vitality Programme in this way.
Yes! While this is a whole new app, there are no changes to your existing member profile. Your AIA Vitality Points and status level will be transferred across to the new app at the point when you download the new app, and will remain the same.
We will notify you via email when the new app is ready for you to download in your app store. Please read this email carefully, as it will include all instructions you need to easily set up the new app.
Due to the strengthened security measures we are introducing, upon downloading the new app, you will need to set up a new password, enter your phone number or email address as verification, and add your choice of face/fingerprint/pin code ID.
Yes, all compatible fitness devices and apps you currently use with your AIA Vitality app will need to be linked again to the new app. Data will still be collected on your fitness devices while you transition to the new app, so once you re-connect to the new app, the data will sync.
As part of the new app login process, you’ll be asked to set up a phone number or email address as verification. If you ever forget or reset your password, you’ll be sent a one-time pin code to enter to the verification method you chose (email or phone).
We have decommissed the previous version of the app, so to prevent any confusion, it’s best to delete the old version as soon as you download your new app.
