Overview

For a limited time, in conjunction with endota, AIA Services New Zealand Limited (AIA) is offering AIA Vitality Members the chance to win one of three prizes for our endota Mother’s Day competition (Competition).

To go into the draw, entrants need to purchase an endota gift card via the AIA Vitality app (“Entry Criteria”).

The terms and conditions (Terms) for the Competition are set out below. Please take the time to read the Terms as they contain important information about the Competition including eligibility criteria and key dates. 

Terms

1. The Competition is conducted by AIA, AIA House, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622.
2. The Competition starts on Friday 1^st May 2026 at 12pm NZT and ends on Saturday 31 May 2026 at 5pm NZT (Competition Period).
3. Entry is open to AIA Vitality Members in New Zealand who complete the Entry Criteria during the Competition Period (Eligible Entrant).
4. AIA Vitality Starter members are not eligible to participate in this Competition
5. To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must purchase an endota gift card on the AIA Vitality app during the Competition Period.
6. There are 4 Prizes to be won (Prize). An Eligible Entrant can only win one Prize even if they enter multiple times.
7. Prize One: Couple’s Massage valued at $275 (2 Prizes). Please note this is a dedicated package for two in a double treatment room (First Prize).
8. Prize Two: The Organics Facial Edit kit valued at $205 (2 Prizes) (Second Prize).
9. The Prize winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants by AIA on Friday 12^th June 2026.
10. By entering this Competition, the Prize winners agree for their name, phone number and email address associated with their AIA Vitality account to be shared with endota for the purpose of prize fulfilment. AIA Vitality and endota will not use the information for any other purpose.
11. Prize winners will be contacted by endota by 5pm on Tuesday 30^th June 2026 to arrange fulfilment of their prize.
12. AIA reserves the right to redraw a Prize if two attempts have been made to contact a prize winner and there is no response from the winner before 5pm on Monday 6 July 2026.
13. AIA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who AIA has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
14. First Prize in-spa treatment prizes will be issued (subject to clause 11) to the Prize winners in person. Second Prize will be issued to the postal address provided. AIA does not accept any liability for non-receipt of Prizes.
15. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash.
16. All decisions made in relation to this Competition will be made by AIA at its sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Eligible Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
18. AIA takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for endota products or services. Endota may, at its sole discretion, choose to substitute the Prize for another similar prize (e.g. Gift Card) at any time and for any reason.
19. By accepting the Prize, you are agreeing to the relevant endota terms including how they should be redeemed. You also agree to resolve any issues relating to the Prize directly with endota.
20. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, AIA will not be liable to any person for any damage, loss or injury in connection with this Competition

22. AIA reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to vary, suspend or terminate the Competition and these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms and Conditions at this link.
23. These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 
24. All questions regarding eligibility for the Competition and these Terms, or any dispute arising in connection with the Competition should be addressed to AIA for resolution. Any decision made by AIA in relation to the Competition (including in relation to any dispute) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by AIA to enforce any of its rights does not constitute waiver of those rights. 
25. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of AIA, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, AIA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
