To be eligible, you need an active AIA Vitality membership and a linked Everyday Rewards account in the same name.

Simply link your accounts in the AIA Vitality app and activate the HealthyFood Benefit in the AIA Vitality app each month.

Don’t have an Everyday Rewards account? It’s free to join online. Each AIA Vitality member can link one Everyday Rewards account.

Yes, you can unlink your Everyday Rewards account from AIA Vitality at any time.

Once unlinked, you’ll no longer receive the HealthyFood Benefit.

To unlink, go to the Account section in the AIA Vitality app, select your Everyday Rewards account, and choose Unlink. You can only change your Everyday Rewards account once per membership year.

If you unlink your Everyday Rewards membership, you can change it to another Everyday Rewards account or relink again, but only once per AIA Vitality membership year.

The discount applies to fresh fruit and vegetables bought in-store at Woolworths.

This includes:

·       Fresh fruit and vegetables

·       Pre-cut fruit and vegetables

·       Fresh herbs

It doesn’t include processed or packaged items, such as:

·       Dried, canned or frozen fruit and vegetables

·       Condiments

·       Deli or salad bar items

Yes. You’ll need to activate the HealthyFood Benefit at the start of each month in the AIA Vitality app.

You only need to link your AIA Vitality and Everyday Rewards accounts once.

To activate, go to the HealthyFood Benefit page or your dashboard and tap Activate.

Once activated, the benefit applies for the rest of that calendar month.

It will expire at the end of the month, regardless of when you activated it. You’ll need to activate it again for the next month.

For example, whether you activate on 1 July or 15 July, the HealthyFood Benefit will still de-activate on 31 July, and you will need to activate it again for the month of August.

Complete your annual AIA Vitality Health Check to increase your discount.

Once completed, your discount will automatically increase:

·       From 10% to 25% for AIA Vitality members

·       From 5% to 10% for AIA Vitality Starter members

The higher discount applies to the first $60 spent on eligible fresh fruit and vegetables each month, in-store at Woolworths, for the rest of your AIA Vitality Membership year. More information on the AIA Vitality Health Check is available here. 

Your increased discount may take up to 48 hours to apply after completing your AIA Vitality Health Check.

No. If your Vitality & Everday Rewards accounts aren’t linked or the HealthyFood Benefit isn’t activated for the month, you won’t receive the discount at checkout.

The discount can’t be applied or claimed after your purchase.

Yes. The discount applies to the first $60 (inclusive of GST) spent on eligible fresh fruit and vegetables each calendar month.

This means you can save up to:

·       $6 per month at a 10% discount

·       $15 per month at a 25% discount

The discount resets at the beginning of each calendar month and unused savings don’t accumulate or carry over.

No, the HealthyFood Benefit currently applies to in-store purchases only at Woolworths. We hope to announce online shopping at a later date.
